Shipping policy

1. Shipping Area
We ship exclusively within the European Union (EU).

2. Shipping Costs
In addition to the stated product prices, shipping costs apply.
The amount of shipping costs depends on:

  • the delivery country

  • the chosen shipping method

The applicable shipping costs are clearly displayed to the customer during checkout before completing the order.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Depending on the delivery country and selection, the following shipping methods are available:

  • Standard Shipping: approx. 3–10 business days

  • Express Shipping: approx. 1–4 business days

The exact delivery time depends on the shipping method chosen at checkout and will be displayed there as binding.

4. Shipping Processing
Shipping is carried out from our own stock.
Delivery is made to the delivery address provided by the customer during the ordering process.

5. Transfer of Risk
For consumers, the risk of accidental loss or accidental deterioration of the goods transfers to the customer only upon delivery of the goods.

6. Returns in Case of Withdrawal
In the event of a valid withdrawal, the customer bears the direct cost of returning the goods, unless otherwise specified in the cancellation policy.

7. Notes

  • No deliveries are made on Sundays or public holidays.

  • In exceptional cases of delivery delays, the customer will be informed immediately.
