Cancellation Policy
Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

Exercising the Right of Withdrawal

by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

We will use the same means of payment for this reimbursement as you used for the original transaction (e.g., PayPal, credit card via Shopify Payments), unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged fees for this reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

Return of Goods

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract.

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

Compensation for Diminished Value

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling the goods beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
